At the moment we don't have a wide version of our shoes. We do suggest using our sizing chart to get the right size, that best fits you. You can find our sizing chart on the product images!

Do you have these shoes in wide sizes?

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS & other international carriers.

Where does Groove Bags ship from?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer customized items.

Do you do custom prints on the shoes?

We currently are not shipping outside of the United States however we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Groove Bags offer international shipping?

On average it takes us 7 to 10 business days to print and hand-stitch your order before we ship it out. Standard shipping is delivered via USPS

What is your shipping policy?

You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with tags, unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging. The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: final sales, gift cards, custom-made products (e.g., shoes), gifts with purchase, and face masks.
